Milestone

1984	C S Surveyors (CSS) Ltd. was founded by Mr. Pi Leung, with a service motto "To serve with utmost professionalism and integrity". In the late 1980's, CSS was appointed as the project manager for industrial premises at King's Road and Tsing Yi.
1990	C S Auctioneers (CSA) Ltd was established. Since then, our service have been well supported by clients, including banks and law firms.
1995	Awarded the assessment task for the old Bank of China Building in Huang Pu Jiang, Shanghai, signifying a pioneer move into the mainland market.
1999	Handled numerous auctions for repossessed properties. The auction of a repossessed house In Perkins Road, Jardine's Lookout set a record high transaction price for mortgagee sold properties at the time.
	Introduced Hong Kong's first Internet Valuation service; the WAP Valuation service was launched with Hutchison Telecom the following year.
2000	CSS was accredited with the ISO Quality Management System, demonstrating a commitment to service quality.
2002	CSS was appointed as the sole agent (HK – Macau region) for an upper end property project, New Villa, Shanghai.
2003	CSS was appointed by the Urban Renewal Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society as Consultant. Since then, we provide advices on several redevelopment projects and undertake valuation matters.
2004	C S Group formed a strategic partnership with Shanghai Golden East Property Management for further business expansion in the area of property management.
2008	Chattels auctions were conducted for CLP Power HK, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Government Logistics Department and Leisure and Cultural Services Department, HKSAR.
2009	CSS was appointed by the Government Property Agency, HKSAR to provide consultancy services for the sale of Government Properties, with transaction amount of over HK$110 Million, drawing a lot of market attentions
2010	CSS was appointed by Lands Department as Consultant for Systematic Identification of Maintenance Responsibility of Slopes
	A land lot in Lau Fau Shan in Yuen Long was transacted at nearly HK$19.8M in an auction, which was nearly 14 times of its open bid.
2012	Two storeys of industrial flats in East Sun Industrial Centre in Kwun Tong were transacted at over HK$100M
2014	CSS was appointed by Government Property Agency, HKSAR to provide consultancy services for the sale of Government Properties in Man Yee Fishermen Village. The transaction price nearly doubled the open bid.
	CSS was appointed by Rating and Valuation Department as Consultant to provide valuation service.
